Jacksonville Today Engagement Reporter Simone Endress hails from St. Augustine. She's returning home to Northeast Florida after working in community radio and podcasting in Virginia. Before that, she received a Davis Projects for Peace Award to report on water conflicts in Southern Chile and studied journalism at Sarah Lawrence College, where she served as co-Editor-in-Chief of the campus paper. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing and Latin American literature.
