BIT OF JOY | UNF football game

UNF stands for the University of North Florida, but it also also stood for the University of No Football, until now. Well, sort of. The Ospreys are teaming up with the Jacksonville Sharks, the city’s Indoor Football League team, for the school’s first football game. On April 19, the Sharks will play as the North Florida Ospreys for a game at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. Sharks players will rock Ospreys jerseys in school colors and will be cheered on by UNF cheerleaders. UNF President Moez Limayem says, “We look forward to the game and celebrating the fun-loving spirit of our UNF community.” Get tickets.
