Adventure Landing in St. Augustine sold for $3.6M

Adventure Landing in St. Augustine was sold Monday for $3.6 million.

The seller was NNN REIT Inc., formerly National Retail Properties Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust based in Orlando. The property had been leased to NRP Lease Holdings LLC, which operates the park.

There are three buyers: M&D Property LLC and IE Property Group LLC, both based in Georgia, and Jones Properties SA LLC, based in Alabama.

In late 2025, the park appeared to be facing possible redevelopment. On Oct. 1, the St. Johns River Water Management District began reviewing an application that included demolishing the park and redeveloping the site for commercial use. The permit was never issued; the application is closed; and the park remains open.
