BIT OF JOY | Jacksonville’s most festive parking garage

When you drive in to park in the Duval Street Garage in Downtown Jacksonville on any given day, you’ll be greeted with a big smile and a wave. City parking attendant Valerie Frazier makes a point to enthusiastically welcome every driver. She also takes it upon herself to deck out the garage entrance, with decorations from floor to ceiling, for every holiday under the sun. “I love people, and I love making them smile, and I love brightening up their day,” Frazier told Jacksonville Today on Tuesday morning. Mission accomplished!
