With the weekend almost here, we have some ideas for how you can enjoy it:

  • The Clay County Agricultural Fair kicks off its 10-day run today with a concert by ’90s radio mainstays Sugar Ray and country singer Uncle Kracker. If you can brave the traffic, you can enjoy the fair’s full schedule of concerts, livestock shows, magicians, a beauty pageant and more. Get tickets.
  • In Jacksonville, the UniverSoul Circus also begins today. The multicultural event puts a fresh twist on the classic big top circus, with Ethiopian hoop divers, Russian acrobats, hip-hop-dancing clowns, a Caribbean Carnivale and more. It’s in town through April 20. Get tickets.
  • And tomorrow, the North Florida School of Special Education kicks off its Weekend Festival at Berry Good Farms with an evening concert by Cam Wheaton and the Top Shelf Band. The event includes an arts market, and a VIP ticket will get you unlimited food and drinks. More info and tickets.
