If you aren’t an experienced dancer, the idea of signing up for a ballet class might sound super intimidating. Enter the Jacksonville group Beer and Ballet. Their classes, put on in partnership with the Jacksonville Dance Theatre, take place in laidback environments like bars and breweries. The vibe is less Dance Moms and more dancing, while drinking, with moms. This week’s One Direction-themed class is on Wednesday at Spruce in Murray Hill. So, dust off your best Harry Styles short shorts and sign up.
