The Mixed Fillings Pie Shop in the Historic Five Points will be closing, but customers can still place preorders for July and August, according to a Facebook post.
“After much consideration, we’ve decided to close our Park Street location,” the post said. “This decision wasn’t easy, but it’s time for a new chapter in our journey.”

According to a Mixed Fillings Instagram Story, the owners were served an eviction notice for withholding rent for July due to disputes with the landlord.
Mixed Fillings moved from a smaller Riverside location to 1049 Park St. in April 2023.
Owner Natasha Burton has created a GoFundMe account to cover legal expenses and to “ensure that Mixed Fillings Pie Shop can continue serving” the community.
