Clark’s Fish Camp — a Mandarin institution that dates back almost a century — is for sale.
According to a new real estate listing, the rustic restaurant that has served generations of Northeast Florida residents and visitors alike is being offered for $1.85 million and includes all furniture, fixtures, cooking equipment and décor — including what it says is the “largest public taxidermy collection in the United States” of big cats, small game and more.
The listing of the 12,000-square-foot, 275-seat restaurant comes less than a month after the fish camp announced its temporary closure for renovations. The property also includes over 100 parking spots and space for 10 to 12 boats to dock, according to the listing from FHRM Commercial.
