When European Street Cafe opens the doors at its Riverfront Plaza location, it will mark the next phase of a decades-long story in Jacksonville.
Andy Zarka, a son of the founders, is at the helm of the business and the expansion Downtown, where people will be able to grab their favorite sandwiches and enjoy the adjacent park, he said. It’s expected to open around the beginning of the year.
