The cold weather we’ve been dealing with for the last few days has certainly not been fun (especially for us native cold-blooded Floridians), but thanks to the charitable arm of THE PLAYERS Championship, hundreds of Jacksonville students were able to stay warm. After the JAX Chamber shared the wishlists of a couple of Duval schools in need, THE PLAYERS partnered with Operation Warm to deliver about 300 winter coats to students at George Washington Carver and Smart Pope Livingston elementary schools. Each of the students got to pick their favorite coat from the bunch.
