Nearly two years after it was announced as coming to Downtown Jacksonville, Oak Steakhouse could receive a publicly funded incentive for its build-out in The Greenleaf building at Laura and Adams streets.

The Downtown Investment Authority board is set to consider a $400,000 incentive for the restaurant on the ground floor of the historic building at 200 N. Laura St.
