A new affordable housing complex in Jacksonville is now taking applications for tenants.
The Lofts at San Marco East is a 172-unit affordable housing complex at Philips Highway and St. Augustine Road.

Apartments are reserved for individuals making less than 60% of the area’s median income. Nine units are for those making less than 33% of the area median income.
The complex has studio, one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a fitness center, internet café, club room with kitchen and TVs, resident lounge with billiards, dog walk area, playground, car wash area, community garden, Wi-Fi in common areas, storage spaces and an elevator.
Lofts at San Marco East is the latest addition to Vestcor Cos.’ “Lofts” collection of properties. WRH Realty Services Inc. has been awarded the management contract for the property.
