Culver’s proposes restaurant in North Jacksonville

A developer for Culver’s filed civil engineering plans with the city for one of the Wisconsin-based restaurants and a double-drive-thru at northeast Max Leggett Parkway and Hyatt Road in North Jacksonville.

Newkirk Engineering Inc. of Ormond Beach submitted the plans June 3 for The Barbaresco Group LLC of Jacksonville. The group is led by the developers of the Culver’s restaurant that opened in March 2022  along Monument Road in the Regency area of Arlington.

Culver intends to develop a 4,570-square-foot restaurant with two drive-thru lanes on 1.684 acres at 14011 Hyatt Road. There is 0.49-acre parcel for future development.
