Twin Peaks has delayed its grand opening in Jacksonville to 5 p.m. Sept. 7, “due to recent weather events and unforeseen circumstances.”
It had planned to open Sept. 4, Labor Day, which had been delayed from July 31, also due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

Twin Peaks is building out at 11892 Atlantic Blvd at southwest Kernan and Atlantic boulevards in East Arlington at a project cost of $1.76 million.
