Atlanta-based Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, is expanding its operations into Jacksonville.
The company has operated in the Orlando and Tampa markets for more than 20 years.

Ashton Woods and its subsidiary Starlight Homes expect to sell its first homes in Jacksonville in 2024, the company said in a news release Monday.
