Talkin’ Tacos, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant based in South Florida, is scheduled to open its first franchise location Friday in Jacksonville Beach.
The restaurant is at 1300 Beach Blvd. in Beach Plaza. It is next to Southern Swells Brewing Company.
