Menopause The Musical 

Moran Theater | Downtown Jacksonville

Billed as the hilarious celebration of Women and The Change, Menopause The Musical is one of the most successful off-Broadway productions of the last two decades (the Las Vegas production has been going strong since 2006). The Orlando-born musical, with lyrics and music by Jeanie Linders, follows four mature women as they shop for lingerie at Bloomingdales. The FSCJ Artist Series presents two performances of Menopause the Musical on Saturday, 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., at the Moran Theater inside the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. JME Local Showcase Series 

Blue Jay Listening Room | Jacksonville Beach 

The Jacksonville Music Experience (JME) is putting the spotlight on the artists making noise in Northeast Florida, presenting an evening of the best in local music at Blue Jay Listening Room in Jacksonville Beach on Saturday, April 15. The JME Local Showcase series returns to Blue Jay with an eclectic, all-local lineup, this time featuring singer-songwriter Corey Kilgannon, indie-R&B singer and producer Luci Lind, electronic pop artist Daddy, and neo-soul and R&B singer Ebonique. Beaches Fine Arts Series Presents: Richard & Peter John Stoltzman

St. Pauls-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church | Jacksonville Beach 

The Beaches Fine Arts concert series returns with yet another free show at St. Pauls-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church in Jax Beach. This time, BFAS features the father-son duo of Grammy Award-winning clarinetist Richard Stoltzman and pianist Peter John Stoltzman. Virtuosic players, the pair are as comfortable as a combo as they are fronting a full orchestra. Each concert in this year’s series includes a visual art installation showcasing the work of a local or regional artist. A reception for the work of Jax-based fine art photographer Scott Blake is held on Sunday night after Richard and Peter John Stoltzman’s performance.
