Robin Lumb is a former chair of the Duval County GOP. He served on Jacksonville City Council from 2011 to 2015, where he introduced Jacksonville’s “whistleblower” law and led the effort to create the Office of the Inspector General. From 2015 to 2022, Lumb worked in the Curry administration as a policy analyst. Lumb remains active in Republican Party politics and currently heads the Alliance of Conservative Voters, a not-for-profit organization working in the areas of voter education, voter engagement, and anti-corruption and election-reform initiatives.
