Eight years after becoming an option for diners looking for a melty sandwich in Downtown Jacksonville, The Happy Grilled Cheese is closing.
The establishment, which began as a food truck before moving into a storefront at 219 N. Hogan St., announced Tuesday on Facebook that it would cease operations after service Friday.
