A fitness studio is headed Downtown to the historic Greenleaf & Crosby Building, according to the real estate company marketing the structure.
Colliers Senior Associate Olivia Steinemann posted July 1 on LinkedIn that HiReformance Institute will lease 1,700 square feet on the ground floor near Oak Steakhouse, which is expected to open in 2026 in the former Jacobs Jewelers space.
