St. Augustine Marine Center can move forward with its expansion plans if its rezoning request is approved by the City Commission on Jan. 27.
The 30-acre property is at 404 Riberia St., along the San Sebastian River. It is about a mile south of San Sebastian Winery. The rezoning request would change the property’s designation from industrial and warehousing to planned unit development.

According to its request summary, the proposed plans include adding 8,834 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of commercial space, 5,000 square feet of patio space, 59 parking spaces, 38 boat slips, 299 dry boat slips and three service bays.
