Twin Peaks begins work on East Arlington restaurant

The Twin Peaks restaurant is building out at southwest Kernan and Atlantic boulevards in East Arlington at a project cost of $1.76 million.

The city issued a permit Thursday for Cliff Mason Construction LLC of Swainsboro, Georgia, to renovate the former Cinco de Mayo building, which began as Johnny Carino’s, at 11892 Atlantic Blvd.
