Jax Book Fest Writer’s Day

Main Library Conference Center | Downtown Jacksonville

Are you an aspiring author who doesn’t know where to start? This event is for you! The Jacksonville Public Library is hosting a full day of free writing and publishing workshops. Choose up to three of the 12 sessions led by authors, agents and publishing professionals covering topics like crafting memorable characters, manuscript formatting, revision, poetry, and AI. Get there early for free totes and books from Kensington Publishing (while supplies last). While you’re there, connect with local groups like Women Writing for (a) Change and Clay County Writers and shop books from Daisy Chain Book Co. and Nefertiti Books & Gifts.
