A week before the first home preseason game, the city issued a permit Thursday for the Jacksonville Jaguars to add temporary seating at EverBank Stadium at an estimated project cost of $2.12 million.
The project comes as the city and the NFL franchise renovate EverBank Stadium into the “Stadium of the Future.”
