The first phase of the Baptist SilverLeaf Medical Campus is scheduled to open Tuesday, Baptist Health announced.
The 58,979-square-foot facility is at 8595 St. Johns Parkway in St. Augustine, about 3 miles north of International Golf Parkway and Tocoi Creek High School.

The first phase includes offices for primary care and a wellness center, and provides cardiology, rehabilitation and laboratory services. Orthopedic and neurology specialists will begin receiving patients in the fall, according to a news release.
