The Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday showed off their headquarters at One Tower Court, an top-flight office building on Bay Street across from Everbank Stadium.
The new six-story building is Jacksonville’s first “Class-A” office building since 2007. It sits next to the construction site of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, which is expected to open in 2027.
The Jags occupy the second through fourth floors of One Tower Court with more than 75,000 square feet of space.
Each floor has social gathering spaces, outdoor terraces, and wellness and meeting rooms. There’s a dedicated sales center for current and future season ticket holder meetings and a Social Media Command Center.

A dramatic staircase bridges the second and third floor social spaces. Floor-to-ceiling windows give expansive views of the St. Johns River to the south and Sports & Entertainment District to the north.

One Tower Court is 83% leased. Other tenants will be Timucuan Asset Management, global law firm Foley & Lardner, and a 6,000-square-foot state-of-the-art YMCA branch now open to YMCA members.
The YMCA offers cardio, strength, functional and recovery equipment and hosts 15 to 20 group fitness classes per week.

One Tower Court was developed by Shanna Collective and Iguana Investments, both enterprises led by Shanna Khan, the daughter of Jaguars owner Shad Khan.
“I am incredibly proud to see One Tower Court come to life as the first step in a much larger vision for the Jacksonville Shipyards and Downtown,” Shanna Khan said in a news release. “This building reflects our intention to create a place that brings people together, from the Jaguars organization to community partners like the Downtown YMCA and future tenants who will add to the energy of this community. We want this development to feel open, active and connected to the city, with spaces that support work, wellness and everyday life.”
The building’s ground floor features 12,000 square feet of retail and amenity space.
