The Girl Scouts of Gateway Council have received $25,000 from HCA Healthcare to support the organization’s efforts to empower girls in North Florida. The local Girl Scout group offers programs that focus on STEM education and mental health with the aim of introducing girls to career pathways, supporting their well-being and giving them opportunities to grow into strong leaders. The donation from HCA will help expand the programs to more girls, particularly in communities where access to such programs is limited.
