A public service announcement produced by Jacksonville University students won second place in the national 2025 Red Ribbon Week Campus Video PSA Contest. The 60-second video, Sober is the New Sexy, challenges common beliefs about what it means to have fun and encourages students to enjoy their nights without the use of drugs or alcohol. The production, led by JU senior Agija Elerte, took a month to create and won a $3,000 prize that will go toward substance abuse prevention efforts on campus. Watch the video.
