One Ocean Resort & Spa in Atlantic Beach will be “fully reimagined” as Dune House Hotel & Spa and debut in spring 2026, a partner in the hotel’s ownership group announced Thursday.
The oceanfront hotel is 1 Ocean Blvd., at the end of Atlantic Boulevard.

Denver-based Sage Hospitality Group, one of the four joint venture partners that owns the 193-room hotel, said in a news release that the property will be “reimagined from the ground up to deliver a completely new experience on Atlantic Beach.”
