St. Johns County’s Sing Out Loud Festival returns in September, and artist workshop Make Space is collaborating with the fest to commission murals that will be on display during the closing weekend’s Live Wildly Showcase concerts on Sept. 20-21, the last weekend of the summer. Local artists, apply to paint one of the 8×8’ murals with the theme of flora, fauna and folklore of wild Florida. Selected artists will get $500 and a pair of tickets to the showcase, headlined by Hozier and Beabadoobee. Applications are due July 31. Learn more and apply.
