The Jacksonville Zoo is offering a budget-friendly way to get out and see how the animals stay cool in the summer. On select days this month, admission is just $5. (That’s an elephant-sized discount.) Dress for the heat, bring some water and go make some new animal friends. The first $5 day is this Thursday. Get tickets.
