School’s out, and the Jacksonville Public Library is here to help kids begin their summer reading adventures. Kick-off parties for summer programming are going on at all 21 library branches this week. The parties include activities and free books (for keeps!) so kids and teens can get started on those summer reading goals. Library branches will also host activities throughout the summer, including hands-on art and STEM labs, live performances and reading challenges. And of course, all of it is free for families.
