Regency Centers to develop shopping center at JTB and I-295

Regency Centers and Sawmill Timber LLC announced plans Jan. 30 for a shopping center in the master-planned Seven Pines community.

The 175,000-square-foot center will be called The Village at Seven Pines. It will the be primary retail component of the community, according to a news release.

Seven Pines is at southeast Interstate 295 and Butler Boulevard near St. Johns Town Center.
