The historic San Marco home of Downtown Investment Authority CEO Lori Boyer and retired Circuit Court Judge Tyrie Boyer is back on the market.
Boyer confirmed Monday that the residence, at 2234 River Road, was being listed for a second time in two-plus years. In a social media post, Jacksonville Realtor Anita Vining listed the price of the seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom, 8,764-square-foot estate at $6.75 million.

The Boyers put the riverfront residence on the market in August 2022 at $5.75 million, minus an adjacent lot that is now included in the new listing.
