The Berkman II property along the Downtown Northbank at 500 E. Bay St. could have a new owner.
The site sold at a bankruptcy auction July 15 for $5,125,800, $61 more than the maximum bid for the plaintiff, Choate Construction Co., the general contractor for the former condominium project.
