Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is building in the Mandarin Landing shopping center at a construction cost of $4.5 million.
The city issued a permit this week for ResCon Group of Ormond Beach to construct the 10,725-square-foot free-standing building at 10601 San Jose Blvd. There also will be a 709-square-foot patio.
