BJ’s Wholesale Club plans to open a store in St. Johns County.

BJ’s Wholesale Club has announced plans for a membership club in St. Johns County that would open later this year.
The proposed St. Johns County store is east of State Road 210 in the master-planned Beachwalk community and north of a Cantina Louie Mexican restaurant.

In 2019, the Prosser Inc. civil engineering firm asked JEA about the availability of electric, water, sewer and reuse services to serve the BJ’s Wholesale Club at Beachwalk.
