The city issued a permit Friday for exterior revisions to the former TGI Fridays in Regency Park for conversion into two tenant spaces for Banfield Pet Hospital and Starbucks Coffee Co.
RAM General Contracting & Development Inc. of Tampa is the contractor for the $750,000 project at the 7,032-square-foot building at 9406 Atlantic Blvd.

TGI Fridays closed at Regency Park as of March 2019. It was built in 1988.
