Dillard’s Clearance Center wants to make it clear it is not part of the possible sale of Regency Square Mall and is not closing.
Dillard Department Stores Inc. owns its own building and is not part of the property that Blackwater Development LLC of Lake City says it has under contract to buy from Regency Realty LLC.
