Working in restaurants was not just “something to do” until Chad Munsey landed a “real job.”
Hospitality is his chosen career and he wishes more people took it seriously.
Munsey, 52, is the co-founder of The Bearded Pig barbecue restaurant. In developing The Bearded Pig model, Munsey wanted to serve the best quality product at the lowest price possible, similar to Lewis Barbecue in Charleston, South Carolina, and Franklin Barbecue in Austin, Texas.
