The Downtown Development Review Board will consider final design approval next week for the proposed RD River City Brewery mixed-use project.
The 3.4-acre site on Museum Circle Drive on the Southbank is along the St. Johns River where the former River City Brewing Co. restaurant was demolished.

Miami-based Related Group plans 410 multifamily residential units, a 4,559-square-foot restaurant and an attached parking garage with 511 spaces.
The meeting will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Multipurpose Room at the Main Library, 303 N. Laura St.
