UF Health completes merger with Flagler Health+

The merger of University of Florida Health and Flagler Health+ has been completed.

The merger results in two name changes. Flagler Health+ is now known as UF Health St. Johns, and Flagler Hospital is now UF Health Flagler Hospital.
