An oceanfront Ponte Vedra Beach home is now the most expensive ever sold in Northeast Florida, exceeding the previous record of $16.25 million, also along Ponte Vedra Boulevard.
The property at 801 Ponte Vedra Blvd. sold Aug. 29 for $19 million, according to St. Johns County records. The home is about 2.8 miles south of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club main building.

According to the property listing, the 9,200-square-foot, two-story home has 5/6 bedrooms, seven baths, two half-baths and a covered outdoor living area.
