The Downtown Development Review Board unanimously, even enthusiastically, approved conceptual project plans April 13 for Dedalus Wine Bar in Brooklyn.

The proposed development involves renovating the former Liddy’s Machine Shop at 825 Dora St.

Board members described the plan as “cool,” great” and an “incredible project.”
