Find everything you need to make informed decisions this election season, plus so much more.

Beginning Monday, April 10, JEA customers who prefer to pay their bills in person will need to visit JEA’s new Customer Solutions Center located at 225 N. Pearl St. Friday, April 7, was the last day JEA served customers at its Church Street Tower location.

JEA’s new seven-story headquarters building will include opportunities for customers to pay their bills, discuss their accounts and learn about ways to save with one-on-one support from JEA customer advisors.
