Plans for the V Pizza restaurant company to branch out to a steakhouse brand are on hold.
V Pizza CEO Paul Scott said his company couldn’t come to terms with the owners of the property at 301 Roscoe Blvd. N. in Ponte Vedra Beach, the site of the former Lulu’s Waterfront Grille.

“We could not come to terms with the owner. Was an extremely frustrating situation,” Scott said in a text this week.
