Electricity bills are on the way up, but not as much this time

JEA bills could be going up again — but it might not be by much. A planned rate increase for this spring might be offset by a lower fuel cost.

JEA is also learning that the planned nuclear power plant in Georgia it’s investing in is delayed again — and that could end up costing more.
