Will Ketchum co-chairs of the Research Committee of the Jacksonville Civic Council, which seeks to make Jacksonville a world-class destination of choice for families, individuals, graduates and businesses. Since 2011, Ketchum has been CEO of High Reason, an integrated marketing communications agency based in Jacksonville since its founding in 1996. Among other sectors, the agency is experienced in place branding and marketing. Ketchum is a third-generation native of Jacksonville and lives in the Avondale neighborhood.
