Michelle McCormick joined News4Jax in December 2023 and in February 2024, she joined the News4Jax Weather Authority team as the weekend morning meteorologist. She is a member of both the American Meteorological Society and National Weather Association. Raised in Dallas with a passion for airplanes, Michelle became a private pilot in the mid-1990s. After realizing she'll never be an airline pilot, she combined her love for radio and flying by becoming an airborne traffic reporter for both airplanes and helicopters.
