Jacksonville Today Referral Program Official Rules and Regulations

Eligibility
Contest entrants must be at least 18 years old as of June 2, 2022 and be a Florida resident. This program is sponsored by the WJCT, Inc. (“WJCT”), 100 Festival Park Ave Jacksonville, FL 32202. Employees, board members and advisory committee members of WJCT, its respective broadcast stations, and their respective immediate family and household members are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry Period
The referral program runs from 12:01AM Eastern Time June 10, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Time on August 10, 2024 (the "Entry Period").

How to Enter
No purchase or contribution is necessary.

All eligible persons who successfully sign up a friend to the Jacksonville Today newsletter during the Entry Period are automatically offered a list of local restaurants suggested by other subscribers to Jacksonville Today, provided that the entrant has included his or her complete e-mail address. You can also receive the referral offer during the Entry Period without signing up a friend for Jacksonville Today by calling (904) 358-6343 or emailing hello@jaxtoday.org. Entries received outside of the Entry Period and incomplete entries are void.

Rewards for Referrals
One link to the restaurant list page will be offered to each individual who successfully refers a new subscriber. No rewards from this program are redeemable for cash or transferable. All taxes on any reward, including but not limited to Federal, State, and local income and sales taxes, and any expense not covered herein (including but not limited to expenses related to the use of any prize) are the responsibility of the winner.
